All Bhoofi handbags, totes, and slings are consciously designed using 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and sustainable materials, proudly handcrafted in India.

Because each bag is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans, slight nuances in texture, grain, stitching, or color tone may occur. These variations are not defects, but the hallmark of artisanal craftsmanship.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to alter pricing, product availability, or offers at any time without prior notice.
• All transactions are processed through encrypted, trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store sensitive credit card or net-banking credentials on our servers.

4. Orders & Shipping

Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit order quantities for any reason.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier services, pin code accessibility, and unforeseen transit disruptions.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We strive to provide products of the highest standard. If your purchase arrives damaged or structurally flawed, please notify our team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

• Unused products with original tags intact may be eligible for return or exchange in accordance with our Return Policy.
• Customized, bespoke, or final clearance items are non-refundable.
